The Growatt ARK battery system has a modular design. Additional batteries can be stacked on top of each other. The ARK-2.5H-A2 is suitable for high-voltage systems. The lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery is cobalt-free, resulting in a more cost-effective battery. The battery has a service life of over 6,000 cycles.
The battery has an IP65 protection rating and can be mounted on a wall or placed on the floor. A separate base is required for floor installation. The battery is 65 cm wide, 26 cm deep, 18 cm high, and weighs 30 kg.
Some advantages of this type of lithium iron phosphate battery compared to lead-acid and other batteries include longer lifespan, little to no maintenance, extremely safe, relatively lightweight, and improved charging and discharging efficiency.
